The Journey to Markdown: On the iPhone

by Mike Vardy

This one wasn’t exactly the easiest part of the journey. Not because Markdown on the iPhone is any different, but it is more challenging to find a reason to use it on the iPhone –especially since I have an iPad.

That said, I gave it a whirl and here’s what I came up with: Not a whole heck of a lot.

In fact, while exploring this aspect of my Markdown experiment, I started to really look at what devices I use for what – and when. The fact that this part of the journey took so lon to write about is more of a reflection on what I use to write with as opposed to what tools I can use to write with.

So, to be honest, if you want to know what apps on my iPhone I use Markdown with…I don’t use any on my iPhone.

I use them on my iPad.
